• The DDP Advantage: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. Trakian LLC covers all import taxes, customs duties, and local fees. The price you see at checkout is final—no surprise bills upon arrival.
Note: Delivery typically takes 7–12 business days via premium air freight (DHL/FedEx/UPS).
02. Preserving Perfection
Every Trakian cymbal is a precision-engineered instrument. To protect your investment, we require a strict check-in protocol:
- Visual Audit: Inspect the exterior packaging before accepting the delivery.
- Refusal Rights: If the package is visibly damaged or punctured, please refuse the shipment and request an official "Damage Report" from the carrier. Claims without this report cannot be processed.
03. Artisan Quality Assurance
Due to the handcrafted nature of B20 alloy, our return policy is exclusively reserved for manufacturing defects or order discrepancies.
The "Pristine" Standard: To be eligible for return, the instrument must be in its original, untouched state. Cymbals showing stick marks, fingerprints, or any sign of use will be considered accepted and are ineligible for return.
