01. Artisanal Integrity

Every Trakian instrument is a unique, hand-hammered work of art forged from traditional B20 bronze. By finalizing this purchase, the BUYER acknowledges that subtle visual variations and organic surface markings are the signatures of authentic Turkish craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

02. Global Fulfillment (DDP Model)

• Complimentary Shipping: We provide free priority shipping on all orders exceeding $399 worldwide.

• All-Inclusive Pricing: We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. Trakian LLC covers all customs duties and import taxes. The price confirmed at checkout is your final price; no additional fees will be requested upon delivery.

Transit Time: Delivery typically ranges between 7–12 business days via premium air freight.

03. 14-Day Return Policy

We aim for you to be fully inspired by your sound. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following artisanal standards:

Pristine Condition Required: To be eligible for a refund, the cymbal must be in its original, "as-new" state. Instruments showing stick marks, fingerprints, or any surface oxidation from handling cannot be accepted for return, as they lose their collectible and artisanal value once played.

04. Inspection & Claims

At Delivery: Please inspect the shipment upon arrival. If the packaging is compromised, refuse the delivery and request a "Damage Report" from the carrier.
Immediate Defects: Any claims regarding shipping errors or structural defects must be reported to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with supporting imagery.

05. Legal Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, international trade regulations and the legal jurisdiction of the SELLER’s headquarters shall govern. Both parties agree to pursue an amicable resolution through direct communication before any legal escalation.
