Please check your package carefully at the time of delivery. This helps us protect your rights and resolve any shipping-related issue much faster.
Before Signing for Delivery
Before accepting the shipment, please inspect the outer box for visible damage, crushing, tearing, moisture, or any sign that the package may have been opened during transit.
If you notice any damage or suspicious condition, please ask the courier to create an official damage report before you sign for the package.
Please do not sign for a visibly damaged package without a carrier report.
If the Package Is Damaged
- Ask the courier for a damage report.
- Take clear photos of the box before opening it.
- Take photos/videos while opening the package.
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
If an Item Is Missing
- Check the full box content carefully.
- Do not discard the original packaging.
- Send us photos of the box, labels, and all received items.
- Contact us with your order number immediately.
Important Note
Once a package is signed for without any damage report, carrier claims may become harder to process. For this reason, we strongly recommend checking the shipment before confirming delivery.
