1. GLOBAL DELIVERY & SHIPPING

• Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer complimentary express shipping on all orders over $399. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $29.99 applies globally.
• DDP Model (Delivered Duty Paid): For all international orders, Trakian Cymbals operates on a DDP basis. This means we cover all customs duties, import taxes, and local fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprise bills upon delivery.
• Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 7–12 business days worldwide. This timeframe includes secure handcrafted packaging and international transit from our foundry to your doorstep.

2. INSPECTION & RECEIPT

• Check Upon Delivery: Cymbals are precision-engineered instruments. We require you to inspect the packaging and the product before accepting the delivery from the carrier.
• Damaged Goods: If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery and file a "Damage Report" with the carrier immediately. Once signed for without a report, the product is deemed delivered in perfect condition.

3. RETURNS & REFUNDS

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or if the incorrect product was shipped.
• Condition for Return: To be eligible, the cymbal must be in its original, pristine condition. Cymbals showing stick marks, fingerprints, or any signs of play cannot be accepted for return.

• Refunds: Once the defect is confirmed by our master smiths, a refund or replacement will be processed within 14 days.

4. CUSTOM SHOP & SPECIAL ORDERS

Final Sale: Cymbals that have been customized or specially produced according to specific buyer requests are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
