2. GLOBAL DELIVERY (DDP)

• Free Shipping: We provide complimentary express shipping worldwide.

• All-Inclusive: We operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis. Trakian covers all customs duties and import taxes. The price at checkout is your final price.

3. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to be inspired by your sound. You may return your order within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

• Pristine Condition: To be eligible for a full refund, the cymbal must be in its original, "as-new" condition. * Handling: Cymbals with stick marks, fingerprints, or any signs of use cannot be accepted for a standard return as they lose their artisanal value once played.
  
  

4. INSPECTION & CLAIMS

• At Delivery: Please inspect the package upon arrival. If the box is damaged, refuse the delivery and file a "Damage Report" with the carrier.

• Defects: Any claims regarding shipping errors or immediate defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  
  

5. LEGAL AUTHORITY

In case of dispute, international trade regulations and the jurisdiction of the SELLER’s headquarters shall apply. Both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through direct communication first.
